- 15 dates
- 1 tbsp. lucuma powder
- 3 tbsp. carob powder
- 1 tbsp. maca powder
- 1 tbsp. hemp
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- Begin by removing the seeds from the dates.
- Place the all of the ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until the ingredients thoroughly mix and form a large ball inside.
- Test for moisture. If too dry, add more dates or coconut oil; if too moist, add more carob or lucuma powder.
- Form the mixture into slightly smaller than golf ball-size balls and place them into the fridge (or into the freezer if you want them cold quickly).
