Having personally overcome a severe case of hypoglycemia through a whole food diet, and later accelerating her own recovery from major surgery with a raw vegan diet, Joanne became passionate about teaching others how to do the same.

This Green Power Smoothie is packed with powerful nutrition – complete plant protein, tons of potent antioxidants and a load of healthy fats – thanks to the combo of kale and spinach, matcha powder, avocado and our Epic Protein : Original. Enjoy!


  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 handfuls of kale and spinach, washed, with stems removed
  • 1/2 avocado (peeled and scooped)
  • 1/2 orange (peeled)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 serving Epic Protein : Original
  • Optional toppings coconut shavings
  1. Add all ingredients to your blender, blend on high, and top with coconut shavings, if desired.
  2. Enjoy!
